Responsibilities
- Translate cybersecurity business challenges into Agentic AI requirements, use cases, and scalable architectures.
- Define multi-agent solution blueprints, agent roles, tools, memory strategies, orchestration patterns, communication protocols, and security acceptance criteria.
- Architect RAG pipelines, tool layers, runtime enforcement engines, guardrails, sandboxing, permission boundaries, human-in-the-loop checkpoints, and kill switches.
- Establish coding standards, reference architectures, governance standards, and version-controlled registries for agentic AI systems.
- Design and execute testing for reasoning accuracy, tool calls, loop detection, boundary enforcement, failure modes, adversarial conditions, compliance, explainability, latency, and cost.
- Deploy and operate agents across AWS, Azure, and GCP with logging, tracing, monitoring, alerting, rollback triggers, and controlled lifecycle management.
- Integrate agents with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, identity, and ticketing platforms through governed APIs.
- Provide Level 3 support for agentic incidents and conduct structured post-incident reviews.
- Collaborate with privacy, legal, compliance, quality assurance, engineering, vendors, and open-source communities on responsible AI and cybersecurity standards.
- Create architecture documentation, threat models, runbooks, red-team reports, model cards, and mentor junior engineers and security operations personnel.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software or platform engineering experience, including significant architecture, technical leadership, or senior advisory experience.
- At least 2 years of AI/ML or LLM application development experience.
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI use cases end to end, from design through testing and production deployment.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity domains such as SIEM, EDR, network security, threat intelligence, and identity platforms.
- Proficiency in Python for ML model development, LLM orchestration, and API integration.
- Strong understanding of LLM threats including prompt injection, hallucination, jailbreaks, data poisoning, and model misuse.
- Familiarity with OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications and MITRE ATLAS.
- Experience operating CI/CD pipelines for ML/LLM systems with automated testing and deployment gates.
- Solid understanding of cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash and proficiency with RESTful APIs and system integration patterns.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, information systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Preferred qualifications include AI security reviews, adversarial red teaming, AI governance in regulated industries, agentic AI frameworks, AI regulatory expectations, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native ML architectures.
- Project management exposure or Agile/Scrum experience is preferred.
