Base Salary
$40k - $80k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design tests for ground and space communication systems individually and collaboratively.
- Use oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, and related test equipment.
- Conduct automated and manual testing of applications controlling integrated hardware and peripheral equipment.
- Automate test procedures using Python scripting.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to implement tests and validate results.
- Map requirements to test procedures for Factory Acceptance Tests.
- Analyze, design, and implement automated scripts within complex systems.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a STEM degree.
- At least one semester of object-oriented development experience.
- 0–1+ years of laboratory experience.
- Experience with the Linux operating system and version-control tools such as GitLab.
- Preferred: 1+ years of Python development experience.
- Preferred: experience with oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, power supplies, and digital multimeters.
- Preferred: experience with NumPy and Matplotlib for data analysis.
- Must successfully complete a pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
