Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise-wide Terraform adoption strategy across global teams.
- Architect and implement standardized infrastructure automation frameworks across Azure, AWS, and private cloud environments.
- Drive the rollout, governance, and operationalization of Terraform Enterprise at scale.
- Establish enterprise standards, guardrails, and reusable Terraform modules.
- Embed resiliency, monitoring, observability, compliance, and secure delivery practices into infrastructure pipelines.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in Terraform, cloud automation, and infrastructure modernization.
- Partner with product engineering, risk governance, and infrastructure teams to drive adoption and innovation.
- Champion automation, efficiency, standardization, and operational resilience across the organization.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, and cloud technologies.
- Deep hands-on expertise in Terraform, including the ability to design and scale Infrastructure as Code solutions.
- Strong architectural experience across Azure, AWS, and private cloud platforms.
- Experience driving enterprise-wide Infrastructure as Code adoption in regulated industries.
- Demonstrated ability to embed resiliency, observability, and compliance into infrastructure delivery pipelines.
- Experience as a global service owner or platform lead, with strong leadership and stakeholder-influence skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities across global and executive teams.
- Preferred: financial services or global banking experience.
- Preferred: familiarity with ISO, NIST, DORA, PRA, and CSA CCM compliance frameworks.
- Preferred: expertise in cloud modernization, automation frameworks, and operational resilience.
