Responsibilities
- Build and ship production-ready full-stack enterprise software using AI-native engineering practices.
- Develop and integrate frontend and backend components using supported full-stack technologies.
- Use AgentAI copilots and LLM-based tools for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and integration.
- Integrate pre-built AI services and APIs and implement RAG-based features where relevant.
- Deliver scalable, robust software while maintaining quality, compliance, and engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and AI-native specialists on solution integration and adoption.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong foundation in enterprise engineering, software development lifecycle practices, and domain workflows.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools, copilots, or LLM-based coding assistants.
- Practical knowledge of AI concepts and limitations, with emphasis on application integration rather than model training.
- Experience with Java full-stack development or at least one supported backend technology: Java with Spring Boot, .NET with C#, or Python.
- Experience with frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases and cloud-native development.
