Responsibilities
- Test and troubleshoot final system setups and ensure successful rollout through customer training, retraining, and ongoing support.
- Participate in the customer lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification through discovery, value engineering, solution blueprinting, pilots, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Identify customer needs, conduct discovery workshops and value assessments, and design tailored software, hardware, or cloud-based solutions.
- Support customers from the sales cycle through go-live, post-implementation review, and follow-up activities.
- Develop and implement sales strategy for the digital portfolio and systematically develop the sales pipeline through successful closure.
- Collaborate with digital software engineers, user experience teams, and subject matter experts on solution ideation and development.
- Analyze customer needs and map ABB portfolio capabilities to customer requirements and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
- 15+ years of professional experience in industrial, mining, automation, digitalization, or related environments.
- Strong knowledge of mining industrial processes and expertise in industrial data architecture and OT/IT integration.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications for industrial processes, industrial cybersecurity, and OT environments.
- Ability to lead industrial systems integration and digital transformation opportunities with a strategic and systems-thinking mindset.
- Advanced English proficiency and availability to travel.
