Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications across frontend and backend systems.
- Build responsive user interfaces with React and TypeScript and reusable frontend components.
- Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js and frameworks such as Express.js or Koa.
- Design database schemas, optimize queries, and work with MongoDB and SQL databases.
- Build integrations with internal, external, and third-party systems.
- Implement authentication and authorization using JWT and OAuth.
- Integrate LLM APIs, AI capabilities, agent-based systems, tool orchestration, and AI-powered workflows into production applications.
- Write unit and integration tests, debug production issues, and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Own features end-to-end from requirements and technical design through deployment and maintenance.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, AI Engineers, QA, DevOps, and other developers on architecture and implementation.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with React and modern frontend development.
- Experience building and consuming RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs.
- Strong understanding of MongoDB and at least one SQL database such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Understanding of asynchronous programming, promises, async/await, and event-driven architecture.
- Experience with authentication and authorization mechanisms such as JWT and OAuth.
- Understanding of software development best practices, testing, debugging, version control, and collaborative Git workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot production issues, work independently, solve problems, and communicate effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Preferred experience with AI/LLM integrations, AI agents, real-time systems, voice technologies, streaming, speech-to-text, text-to-speech, Redis, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP, CI/CD pipelines, SaaS or B2B products, and AI-powered development workflows.
