Responsibilities
- Translate client requirements into differentiated, actionable, and deliverable solutions.
- Collaborate with sales pursuit and delivery teams to develop winnable and deliverable solutions.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Integrate ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and help manage team performance.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- Strong expertise in asset lifecycle management and software compliance processes.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow solutions with other enterprise systems.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Knowledge of solution architecture principles and IT service management frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving skills focused on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
