Responsibilities
- Develop tools, infrastructure, and processes that enable Responsible AI compliance and support risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and regulatory evidence.
- Design, develop, and maintain AI governance tooling and MCP scanners for AI systems, agents, and MCP servers.
- Build scalable CI/CD-integrated infrastructure for risk metadata collection, automated analysis, continuous evaluation, and governance recommendations.
- Design and implement AI guardrails including runtime protections, policy enforcement, input and output validation, access controls, risk monitoring, and governance automation.
- Maintain and improve OSS compliance scanning infrastructure and help teams resolve scan failures and compliance issues.
- Develop, test, deploy, and maintain production-grade software and automation with strong testing, reliability, scalability, and operational monitoring practices.
- Create technical guidance, documentation, and training materials and support teams adopting AI technologies and compliance processes.
Requirements
- Experience developing software in several programming and scripting languages; Python knowledge is advantageous.
- Proven experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying software for automated execution in CI/CD environments; GitLab CI/CD experience is advantageous.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in testing, automation, reliability, and maintainability.
- Interest in AI governance, Responsible AI, AI security, and AI risk management.
- Experience with developer tooling, automation platforms, or compliance-related systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI systems, LLMs, AI agents, or agentic workflows is advantageous.
- Experience with security, privacy, OSS compliance, or governance domains is advantageous.
- Experience producing technical documentation, training materials, and engineering guidance is advantageous.
- Ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups and translate regulatory or governance requirements into practical engineering solutions.
