Responsibilities
- Own the entire software development lifecycle, including the codebase, architecture, and operations.
- Maintain and evolve identity management services primarily in Kotlin and partially in Go.
- Design and implement features for identity, organization, membership, group, and workspace domains.
- Review and integrate pull requests from other platform teams.
- Manage integrations with JCP platform components and connected applications.
- Improve the reliability and performance of existing production services.
Requirements
- Have 7+ years of JVM development experience, preferably with Kotlin.
- Know how to diagnose and address performance problems on the JVM and PostgreSQL.
- Have experience building and operating SaaS production services in distributed, multi-tenant environments.
- Be comfortable with Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and Grafana.
- Have a track record of taking over and improving existing production services.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML 2.0, SCIM 2.0, organizational or identity domain modeling, cybersecurity, secure SDLC practices, and Go.
