Base Salary
$194k - $267k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own feature areas end to end, including technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
- Design, build, and ship production-ready OIG features with emphasis on correctness, reliability, and performance.
- Deliver bug fixes and resolve customer-reported issues quickly.
- Write maintainable, well-tested code and uphold strong engineering-quality standards.
- Partner with Product Development, QA, and Site Reliability Engineering teams on development and deployment work.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with demonstrated ownership of complex production features.
- Proven experience architecting and delivering large-scale distributed systems for enterprise customers.
- Deep expertise in microservices, event-driven architectures, APIs, and data modeling at scale.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, or equivalent JVM/cloud-native languages.
- Ability to influence technical direction across teams and stakeholders without formal authority.
- Experience designing systems for enterprise reliability, scalability, security, multi-tenancy, high availability, audit logging, and RBAC/ABAC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Preferred experience with IAM/IGA products, workflow or approval systems, enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, and observability tooling.
