Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives to understand startup requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Win technical evaluations to demonstrate Claude's suitability for startups' needs.
- Build credibility with founders and engineering teams by guiding technical architecture decisions.
- Gather insights on startup usage of Claude and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
- Travel to customer sites and industry events for workshops and relationship building.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer.
- Experience working with startups or high-growth technology companies.
- Strong builder credibility through experience as a software engineer or technical founder.
- Deep technical proficiency in building and scaling AI products.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered applications and modern AI architectures.
- Strong technical communication skills to translate complex AI concepts.
- Track record of selling technical products in competitive markets.
- Comfortable with Python and familiar with common LLM frameworks.
- Passion for making technology safe and beneficial.
