Responsibilities
- Design and build AI-powered workflows to automate complex SRE operations.
- Improve the accuracy and reliability of agent pipelines through evaluation frameworks and prompt engineering.
- Develop internal tools and platforms for daily use by engineers.
- Create tooling that integrates across the SRE tech stack.
- Participate in SRE on-call rotation to inform development priorities.
- Collaborate with teams to identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SRE, platform engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong software engineering skills with a focus on production-quality code, primarily in Python.
- Experience with LLMs and AI in production contexts.
- Proficiency in building developer tools or internal platforms.
- Deep experience with Kubernetes, especially EKS.
- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and APIs.
- Experience with observability platforms.
- Solid background in bash scripting and Linux systems.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
