Responsibilities
- Own the Fin demo platform end-to-end, including multi-tenant mock workspaces and reset infrastructure.
- Build first-class demo features into Fin to streamline the demo process for Solutions Engineers.
- Utilize AI to prepare demos by researching prospects and auto-configuring demos for specific use cases.
- Create templates and libraries to enable SEs to compose complex demo scenarios efficiently.
- Showcase Fin across various surfaces, ensuring demos reflect actual customer deployments.
- Partner with Enablement to design training materials and certification paths for SEs and AEs.
- Stay ahead of the product roadmap to ensure demos are ready for new capabilities.
- Codify successful demo patterns into tools and playbooks for the GTM organization.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering or Developer Relations.
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM products and understanding of their practical limits.
- Strong full-stack development skills, including TypeScript and a backend language like Ruby, Go, or Python.
- Deep familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and SaaS integrations.
- Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity and demonstrate their impact.
- Aesthetic sensibility for creating visually appealing demos.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that resonate with potential customers.
