Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize algorithms executed on GPUs.
- Implement parallel processing techniques for real-time simulation requirements.
- Develop and enhance high-fidelity simulation models using GPU acceleration.
- Integrate GPU-based algorithms into the WAF simulation architecture.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization to meet timing constraints.
- Use CUDA and parallel computing frameworks to improve simulation performance.
- Prepare documentation and technical reports for GPU-based model development.
- Provide bid and proposal support when requested and perform other assigned duties.
Requirements
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
- Five years of experience developing or optimizing GPU-accelerated algorithms is required.
- Three years of experience working with high-fidelity models whose primary computational algorithm is executed on GPUs is required.
- Experience with CUDA programming, parallel processing environments, and real-time simulation systems is required.
- Three years of experience operating CAT 3 weight-handling equipment is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy, data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications are required.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills are required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Must be able to alternate between sitting, standing, and walking and remain seated for 50% of the time.
