Responsibilities
- Design scalable enterprise solutions across AI, automation, integration, and data capabilities.
- Maintain reference architectures, reusable components, standard patterns, solution blueprints, templates, starter kits, and reusable repositories.
- Evaluate AI and automation platforms and services, identify capability gaps and overlap, and recommend technologies to standardize, retire, or pilot.
- Support internal AI and automation platforms and development environments, including cloud AI services and process automation platforms.
- Apply responsible AI, security, governance, reliability, observability, identity and access, auditability, and maintainability standards through architecture reviews and controls.
- Review vendor architectures, code, and technical deliveries for fit, security, operability, and alignment with internal standards.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve delivery blockers, and collaborate with business teams, technical teams, vendors, engineers, data scientists, and citizen builders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- Six years of relevant work experience is required; an equivalent combination of education and related experience may be considered.
- Experience designing enterprise solutions across multiple capabilities, including AI/ML, process automation, integration, or data.
- Experience with enterprise AI, automation, integration, and cloud platforms, including Azure, AWS, Microsoft Power Platform, and Copilot.
- Experience developing or applying tool-selection criteria, reference patterns, and solution blueprints.
- Strong AI/ML workflow and practical MLOps knowledge, with hands-on experience in enterprise automation and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of security and governance fundamentals for AI and automated systems, including reviewing vendor technical deliverables and identifying risks.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across business, technical, and vendor teams, with the ability to balance standards and delivery realities.
Benefits
- Base salary of $98,993.00-$128,688.00, annual bonus, and long-term incentive.
