Responsibilities
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Analyze complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards to resolve high-impact problems and projects.
- Provide applications programming expertise and ensure application designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze issues and create innovative solutions using advanced system-flow knowledge.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage business risks while maintaining compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in applications development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and programming software applications.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of applications development.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances require.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
