Base Salary
$195k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build, ship, and maintain core product features and AI-native workflows for legal operations.
- Partner with designers and engineers to understand user needs, define features, and choose implementation strategies.
- Own backend systems or user-facing experiences end-to-end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
- Collaborate across frontend, backend, ML, design, and product to deliver complex features.
- Engage directly with customers, incorporate feedback, and help drive product direction.
- Iterate rapidly based on real-world usage and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Proven track record of building high-quality products and owning projects as a primary decision-maker.
- Strong depth in a primary frontend or backend engineering area.
- Frontend candidates should be able to build intuitive, polished user experiences.
- Backend candidates should demonstrate strength in distributed systems, scalability, reliability, and performance tradeoffs.
- Experience or strong interest in building production applications using AI.
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-moving environment.
- Full-stack versatility is an added advantage.
