Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for Intune web UI, mobile, and Windows features.
- Perform functional, regression, compatibility, UX, and end-to-end testing across platforms and operating system versions.
- Configure and validate devices under varied Intune compliance and policy scenarios.
- Troubleshoot test failures using logs, UI traces, and system configurations.
- Contribute to build verification testing and sprint sign-off validation.
- Improve test data generation, environment setup, automation frameworks, pipelines, coverage, and stability.
- Collaborate with developers and subject-matter experts to identify root causes and drive defect fixes.
- Use Azure DevOps to enable unattended and scalable test execution.
- Provide testing dashboards and reporting through Power BI and Azure DevOps Reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in SDET or test automation.
- Strong scripting or coding skills in TypeScript and C#, with JavaScript or Python experience also relevant; TypeScript and C# are mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright, with Selenium or Appium experience preferred; Playwright is mandatory and the primary preference.
- Working knowledge of Android, iOS, and Windows 10/11 environments.
- Experience validating Enterprise Mobility Management or similar device workflows.
- Understanding of AAD, policy deployment, enrollment flows, and identity and security models.
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps and Git for CI/CD and version control.
- Preferred experience with Graph API, backend validation, and service-level testing.
- Preferred knowledge of PowerShell, ADB tools, Xcode tools, Wireshark, CMSherlock, Geneva Synthetics, Intune, endpoint security, MDM/EMM platforms, and UEM solutions.
- Basic understanding of LLM/Copilot-assisted automation or self-healing frameworks.
