Base Salary
$175k - $240k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact
- Set direction for critical technical areas to support rapid growth
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and infrastructure
- Use modern frameworks and tooling including TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Collaborate with engineers to improve customers’ security and compliance capabilities
- Mentor engineers and contribute to Vanta’s engineering culture
Requirements
- At least 5 years of industry experience
- Technical leadership experience with teams or complex projects
- Previous startup experience or experience in an environment prioritizing a bias for action
- Experience working on greenfield projects
- Interest in learning about security or prior security-industry experience
