Responsibilities
- Build and deploy user-facing features and backend APIs end-to-end.
- Work across frontend, backend, database, and cloud layers while helping define the technology stack.
- Integrate AI and LLM capabilities into IT service management workflows.
- Develop performant, secure, and scalable services for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with designers, product engineers, software engineers, infrastructure experts, and platform engineers.
- Contribute to internal developer tooling, code quality, and CI/CD practices.
- Support enterprise security and compliance requirements, including SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
- Deliver foundational product features for an AI-first enterprise platform.
Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular, including design systems and performant user interfaces.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language such as Python, Go, Rust, or C++.
- Experience designing REST or GraphQL APIs and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL, with non-relational or graph database experience preferred.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
- Pragmatic, product-driven approach suited to a high-velocity startup environment.
- Experience with AI/LLM integrations, ITSM or enterprise workflows, or taking products from 0 to 1 is a bonus.
