Responsibilities

Design, prototype, and validate automotive embedded software product solutions.
Maintain technical communication with engineering teams and systems integration regarding technical issues.
Participate in program core teams and present engineering deliverables.
Develop solutions that meet customer needs and comply with MISRA and other regulatory standards.
Maintain technical, process, design, program, and patent-support records.
Review products for Design for Excellence, including manufacturing, assembly, cost, testability, reliability, and ergonomics.

Minimum five years of experience in an automotive embedded software product design role.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience with automotive project launch cycles and automotive APQP terminology.
Strong knowledge of C programming, model-based design, architectural design, engineering calculations, and analysis.
Experience coding with LIN, CAN, and UDS diagnostics.
Knowledge of AUTOSAR software architecture and related tools.
Familiarity with automotive C coding rules, software build and release processes, integration, validation processes, and related tools.
Knowledge of ASPICE and ISO-26262 is an asset.
Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills.

12-month contract position.
