Responsibilities
- Lead applications systems analysis and programming activities for new or revised application systems.
- Partner with management teams to integrate functions, identify system enhancements, and deploy new products and process improvements.
- Evaluate complex business and system processes to resolve high-impact problems and projects.
- Provide application programming expertise and ensure designs follow the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Analyze issues and develop innovative solutions using interpretive thinking.
- Serve as an advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts and allocate work as needed.
- Assess and manage technology, business, compliance, and control risks in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Applications Development or systems analysis.
- Extensive experience in systems analysis and software application programming.
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Subject matter expertise in at least one area of Applications Development.
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; master’s degree preferred.
