Base Salary
$105k - $116k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-level custom software applications and data-driven cloud solutions.
- Lead small delivery teams and coach teammates in their technical skills and careers.
- Execute projects across the full software development life cycle, including estimation, requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, and delivery.
- Diagnose and solve complex problems for Fortune 500 clients across varied industries.
- Partner with clients and present findings, solutions, and demonstrations to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior executives.
- Use AI strategically in client solutions while communicating its value, limitations, and ethical considerations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience providing technical leadership through coaching others or leading portions of projects.
- Client-facing or consulting experience is preferred.
- Ability to create and implement innovative solutions and solve complex problems.
- Ability to balance multiple responsibilities and adapt to varied environments.
- Ability to explain and present concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or comparable experience.
- Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
