Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end IAM architecture using SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
- Define identity lifecycle, access governance, provisioning, and de-provisioning models.
- Lead SailPoint implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Integrate SailPoint with Active Directory, LDAP, HR systems, and cloud platforms.
- Implement access certifications, role management, and audit reporting.
- Act as technical lead for IAM projects and guide developers on best practices.
- Troubleshoot complex IAM issues and optimize configurations for efficiency.
Requirements
- 6+ years of IAM experience with 3+ years as a SailPoint Architect or Lead Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow.
- Proficiency in Java, Beanshell scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, XML, and JSON.
- Experience with directory services such as Active Directory and LDAP.
- Knowledge of cloud IAM and SSO technologies like SAML, OAuth, and OIDC.
- Certifications such as SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or CISSP are preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
