Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical keystone throughout the sales cycle.
- Educate and empower Enterprise customers on the Cloudflare platform.
- Train and onboard new customers via video-conference or in person.
- Develop new firewall rules and performance strategies.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams.
- Create scalable solutions for customer needs.
Requirements
- Strong technical background with a passion for technology.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- Experience in project management and prioritizing competing demands.
- Understanding of internet protocols and security concepts.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
- Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript is a plus.
