Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design of scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with business and enterprise IT objectives.
  • Establish architecture governance, design principles, and best practices for sustainable, secure, high-quality implementations.
  • Advise clients on solution architecture, integrations, data strategy, platform optimization, and long-term roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with executives, business leaders, and delivery teams on complex transformation programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Guide architecture reviews, technical decisions, continuous improvement, technical debt reduction, and data governance.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, Enterprise Architect, or Solution Architect in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, governance, and platform best practices.
  • Experience defining architecture standards, design principles, and operating models.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within large-scale transformation programs and agile delivery environments.
