Responsibilities
- Build canvas apps, model-driven apps, cloud flows, Dataverse configurations, SharePoint components, Power Pages sites, Power BI reports, and visualizations.
- Translate approved designs into production-quality user interface, automation, data, integration, and reporting components.
- Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, security, data design, environments, managed solutions, environment variables, and connection references.
- Perform unit testing, defect resolution, regression support, controlled deployment preparation, documentation, and release handover.
- Investigate L2 production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and implement controlled fixes.
- Contribute to technical design, planning, estimation, governance, and practical problem-solving.
- Guide junior developers on build tasks, technical standards, troubleshooting, and reusable patterns.
Requirements
- Typically 3+ years of application development experience, including 2+ years of hands-on Power Platform delivery and experience deploying and supporting production solutions.
- Relevant degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint.
- Working knowledge of application lifecycle management, environments, security, and governance.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, documentation, and plain-language communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Power Platform or Power BI certifications, integration patterns, production monitoring and support, governed multi-environment delivery, and specialist experience in Power Pages, Power BI, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder.
