Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end Kinaxis solutions aligned with emerging platform technologies.
- Lead full lifecycle implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare.
- Capture demand and supply planning requirements with business stakeholders.
- Develop rapid-response models and scenario-planning capabilities.
- Author technical and functional solution documentation, including configuration guides.
- Mentor delivery teams on best practices and architectural standards.
- Integrate Kinaxis with ERP, MES, and other enterprise systems.
- Drive continuous improvement, optimization, governance, and performance tuning of planning processes.
- Manage client expectations and provide executive-level status reporting.
- Provide post-implementation support.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain planning and solution architecture.
- Deep expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse, including demand and supply planning modules.
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Kinaxis implementations on emerging platforms.
- Strong solution authoring and configuration management experience.
- Hands-on experience with rapid-response scenario modeling and analytics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional delivery teams and mentor junior staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- Kinaxis RapidResponse, TOGAF, or PMP certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
