Base Salary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage comprehensive functional, regression, performance, and security test strategies for complex software applications.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize UI and API automation frameworks using Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, and related tools.
  • Integrate automated test suites into Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and other CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and maintain test data, refactor test scripts, analyze results, and generate quality metrics and release-readiness reports.
  • Identify, document, prioritize, and help resolve defects with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, product planning, Agile ceremonies, and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Mentor quality engineers and establish testing, automation, and quality assurance standards.
  • Use and validate AI-assisted tools for test design, scripting, test data generation, troubleshooting, documentation, and defect analysis.
  • Develop testing strategies for AI-enabled enterprise application capabilities and follow policies for security, privacy, PHI, intellectual property, and Responsible AI.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of software quality assurance experience, including hands-on UI and API automation and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience building automation frameworks with Java and Selenium WebDriver and/or TypeScript or JavaScript with Playwright.
  • Proficiency with TestNG, JUnit, Maven, Karate, Cypress, or comparable test frameworks and build tools.
  • Strong coding skills in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript for test automation.
  • Experience creating and maintaining automation jobs with Jenkins, GitHub Actions and YAML, or GitLab, plus version control with Git.
  • Proficiency in SQL for test data creation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, ALM, or comparable test management and defect tracking tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of functional, regression, performance, and security testing methodologies.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments and ability to mentor others and collaborate effectively.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred experience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, AI-driven testing, prompt engineering, LLMs, MCP servers, testing AI services/models/agents, PyTest, and healthcare or other regulated environments involving PHI.
