Responsibilities
- Manage production stability for AML training, inference, and storage systems, including scheduling, orchestration, Kubernetes/GPU clusters, distributed training, online inference serving, and Parameter Server/NoSQL storage.
- Build and maintain SLO/SLA mechanisms, observability, alerting, on-call processes, fault diagnosis, auto-healing, disaster recovery, and post-mortem reviews.
- Drive CI/CD, canary releases, auto-rollback, automated inspections, pre-flight checks, capacity forecasting, and elastic auto-scaling.
- Govern GPU, CPU, storage, and network resources through quota management, cost attribution, and performance tuning.
- Improve system availability, resource utilization, and research and development efficiency while coordinating resolution of complex issues across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Linux and proficiency in at least one of Shell, Python, Go, or C++.
- Understanding of machine learning training and inference architectures, Kubernetes, GPU clusters, or distributed storage systems.
- Proven experience with online troubleshooting, performance analysis, and building automation platforms.
- Strong responsibility, clear logical thinking, and the ability to drive complex issue resolution across cross-functional teams.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with large-scale training, inference, or storage platforms; SLO governance; FinOps; NoSQL; or open-source infrastructure.
