Base Salary
$160k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect a high-uptime, low-maintenance, reliable distributed inference system.
- Lead observability and on-call practices.
- Optimize for very low latency and jitter, including P99 performance.
- Develop a safe production rollout process with ML, software, and mobile engineers.
- Implement data pipelines for user-facing features and internal tooling.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
- Experience shipping consumer-facing interactive real-time services.
- At least 2 years owning a live production system for a large number of users in a small team.
- At least 2 years working on a large infrastructure team, such as at Google or Meta.
- Technical leadership in building robust processes with a team.
- Strong ownership of healthy live services.
