Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, and integrate custom software components across systems and applications.
- Customize and extend ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
- Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in ServiceNow environments.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication to meet project objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow is required.
- Strong experience customizing and extending ServiceNow applications is required.
- Experience designing and implementing workflows, business rules, and integrations within ServiceNow is required.
- Familiarity with scripting languages and APIs used in ServiceNow development is required.
- Experience with agile software development practices and tools is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
