Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and enhance features across supply-side ad-tech platforms.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, maintainable, and user-focused solutions.
- Contribute to the design of system components, APIs, and services with an emphasis on clarity and reliability.
- Write high-quality, well-tested, and maintainable code across the stack.
- Help improve application performance, scalability, reliability, and observability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and participate in root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to a strong engineering culture focused on collaboration and continuous learning.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Rust, Kotlin, and TypeScript.
- Experience building and maintaining full stack applications and distributed systems in production environments.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, scalable system design, and modern web development practices.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems and make pragmatic decisions in evolving situations.
- Experience designing and consuming APIs and integrating frontend and backend systems effectively.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across disciplines and explain technical concepts clearly.
- Commitment to code quality through testing, documentation, and maintainable design.
