Responsibilities

Refine project scope with Shapers and Product Owners, resolve technical impediments, and estimate MVP effort.
Plan quarterly activities and coordinate commitments and key project activities across multidisciplinary teams.
Propose technical solutions and resolve development, performance, stability, and other technical issues.
Build software components and full-stack solutions according to development standards and bank security policies.
Develop functional and technical documentation, prepare and execute test cases, and ensure compliance with project guidelines.
Ensure end-to-end functionality and coordinate the transfer of implemented solutions to the Reliability team.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, communities of practice, training programs, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement activities.
Promote Agile principles, help resolve blockers and dependencies, and support the development of team technical and interpersonal skills.

Technical qualification or degree in systems engineering, software engineering, computing, informatics, or a related field.
Four years of software development experience, specifically in full-stack development.
Experience with API integrations.
Experience with databases, including Oracle and SQL.
Knowledge of software architecture.
Valued experience as a Scrum Master or working under Agile frameworks.
Experience with cross-cutting security topics such as layers and data quality.
Teamwork, proactivity, and adaptability.

Regular contract with undefined duration.
