Responsibilities

  • Improve the architecture of the T Cloud Public platform while taking IT security seriously.
  • Design and develop innovative platform and software-as-a-service features.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for OpenStack-based public cloud technology.
  • Perform hands-on work on a console to support architectural work.
  • Automate consistently with common automation frameworks.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of cloud and platform specialists.
  • Assess technical solutions and develop creative approaches.

Requirements

  • Completed studies in a technical, engineering, or scientific subject or comparable professional training.
  • 11 years of professional IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
  • Very good knowledge of software, cloud, and container architectures.
  • Deep experience in infrastructure automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of Linux, system tools, and network-related services.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Knowledge of agile development processes.
  • Mentoring and presentation skills.
  • OpenStack and programming experience in open-source projects are advantageous.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Ability to work in the European Union to meet client data security and privacy requirements.
