Base Salary
$200k - $311k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader on demanding cross-functional EC2 projects.
- Decompose complex problems into straightforward solutions and understand system interdependencies and limitations.
- Provide expert guidance on performance, scalability, enterprise architecture, and engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers and support career development across teams and the engineering community.
- Influence multiple teams to improve productivity and effectiveness through technical leadership.
- Make technology decisions using strong technical judgment and business judgment.
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on professional engineering development experience.
- Experience providing technical leadership and mentoring engineering teams.
- Preferred: deep hands-on expertise in large-scale full-stack development, distributed systems, massive global networks, embedded systems, or complex hardware.
