Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow solutions.
- Customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, APO, MCO, Finance Management, and Employee Centre.
- Build and support REST and SOAP integrations using MID Server, IntegrationHub, ETL, DataFabric, and Zero Copy Connectors.
- Create and manage workflows and perform data transformation.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of platform issues.
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases.
- Gather requirements and collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with JavaScript, REST and SOAP APIs, and server-side and client-side integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Experience with Source-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, accounts payable, and accounts receivable lifecycles.
- Familiarity with CMDB and ITSM.
- Understanding of ACLs, roles, and security best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- ITOM and HRSD experience is a plus.
- Preferred certifications include ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and module-specific certifications such as CSM, ITSM, and MCO.
- Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting.
- Knowledge of UI Builder, Service Portal, and Workspace configuration.
- Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF.
