Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex application configurations aligned with business needs.
- Lead programming, testing, deployment, support, and incident resolution for application updates and fixes.
- Guide and mentor developers and analysts.
- Manage end-to-end data integration flows from source systems to enterprise reporting platforms.
- Monitor and optimize APIs, data pipelines, and integration workflows for scalability and performance.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering, CFIN, CDP, Minerva, SLT, platform teams, and business stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans.
- Enforce data governance standards, maintain documentation, and support security and regulatory compliance.
- Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and provide leadership with regular updates and executive summaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor ’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in application development, product/data modeling, or related roles.
- Strong expertise in data governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
