Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and enhance applications using Python, FastAPI, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, SQL, Azure, Airflow, GitHub, Kubernetes, and Docker.
- Deploy application components through CI/CD pipelines using in-house AI agents.
- Ingest data from multiple sources and formats.
- Perform complex business transformations and create reportable datamarts.
- Build utilities for monitoring and automating repetitive functions.
- Collaborate with Agile cross-functional teams, including Operations, Infrastructure, Tech Ops, and external clients.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of applicable software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience writing complex SQL and knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, and reporting datamarts.
- Experience with AI fundamentals, GitHub Copilot, Visual Studio Code, prompts, code generation, and SDLC automation.
- Hands-on experience designing ETL enhancements.
- Proficiency in Python, Airflow, FastAPI, and front-end and backend object-oriented programming.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Preferred experience with GitHub, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Docker, Snowflake, and PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration and microservices architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Excellent English communication skills and ability to work across technology teams and the business.
