Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own Mento's GTM tech stack and improve systems like HubSpot and Apollo.
- Clean, unify, and orchestrate data from multiple sources.
- Build dynamic target lists using internal and external signals.
- Automate prospecting and outreach workflows based on buying signals.
- Route high-value leads to sales representatives for personal outreach.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to create integrated systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in GTM Ops, RevOps, or Growth Engineering at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, SQL, APIs, and webhooks.
- Experience in cleaning CRMs and building enrichment pipelines.
- Familiarity with AI agents and workflows.
- Ability to launch projects quickly and iterate based on feedback.
- Strong analytical skills to design and measure campaign effectiveness.
