Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end software development for the Access Management and Authorization product.
- Design architecture, develop Java full-stack features, and manage the product’s long-term delivery roadmap.
- Build secure, scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and policy-based access-control capabilities.
- Develop automated and exploratory tests, resolve CI build failures, and improve CI/CD tooling and quality gates.
- Monitor production systems, troubleshoot incidents, improve application telemetry, and participate in a rotational 24x7 on-call schedule for critical and high-severity incidents.
- Mentor software engineers, screen candidates, and organize team knowledge-sharing and learning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field, or a combination of education and experience.
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience.
- Deep expertise in Core Java 11 or higher and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring Security, and Spring Data.
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React and proven experience building secure microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed enterprise platforms.
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL, plus NoSQL or caching databases such as MongoDB and Redis.
- Experience with Gradle, Jenkins, Tekton, Git, and Accurev, along with cloud platforms; Pivotal Cloud Foundry and Google Cloud Platform are preferred.
- Proficiency with Eclipse or IntelliJ, CA Agile Central/Rally or Jira, and ServiceNow.
- Preferred experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, Multi-Factor Authentication, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, LDAP, Active Directory, or Azure AD/Entra ID.
