Responsibilities
- Champion best practices like clean code, TDD, and pair programming.
- Oversee the entire software consulting and delivery cycle.
- Advocate for continuous delivery to provide high-quality software early.
- Design solutions and select technologies to solve client problems.
- Collaborate with teammates to build features and ensure UX specifications.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in developing scalable applications using Java, JavaScript, Python, or equivalent technologies.
- Experience in designing Salesforce technical architecture.
- Ability to define integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems.
- Proficient in reviewing Architecture Decision Records for alignment with goals.
- Experience with BigQuery SQL or equivalent data scripts.
- Understanding of data processing and MLOps best practices.
- Experience managing sprint-level planning and delivery tracking.
- Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform and CI/CD tools.
- Familiarity with AI-First Software Delivery and microservices architecture.
