Base Salary
$186k - $219k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build end-to-end user-facing compliance features with Golang, React, and cloud technologies.
- Assess, select, implement, and operationally manage third-party vendor integrations.
- Deliver complex technical solutions with product, design, security, data, and engineering teams.
- Architect reusable platform improvements across multiple organizational teams.
- Own reliability for Tier-1 compliance systems and proactively address production risks.
- Mentor engineers on full-stack design, coding practices, testing, releases, deployments, documentation, and observability.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of software engineering experience developing large-scale systems with Golang and React.
- Experience shipping user-facing features on AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and BuildKite or similar cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated experience assessing, implementing, and managing third-party vendor integrations.
- Experience building and operating high-traffic platforms, including rate limiters, caching, load balancing, circuit breakers, and distributed debugging.
- Proficiency with event-driven architectures, Kafka, MQ, SQL or NoSQL databases, and service communication patterns including gRPC, GraphQL, and ETL.
- Experience contributing to technical architecture decisions and working across distributed teams and time zones.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight and focus on measurable workflow, cost, and quality improvements.
