Responsibilities
- Build modern, data-rich guest relationship tools that help restaurants personalize hospitality and retain diners.
- Enhance existing applications and deliver impactful product iterations using modern AI development tools.
- Partner with Product and Design to understand customer problems and explore solutions.
- Drive projects from technical planning through release.
- Create accessible, scalable web experiences and improve the end-user and developer experience.
- Use Sentry and Grafana observability tools to support application performance and quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and React.
- Ability to drive projects from technical planning through release.
- Experience or interest in building accessible, scalable web experiences and using testing to support user experience quality.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with developers, designers, product owners, and cross-functional partners.
- Empathetic, growth-oriented approach and interest in improving end-user and developer experiences.
- Comfort using AI development tools while critically reviewing generated code for performance, security, and accessibility.
- Passion for the hospitality space; knowledge of TypeScript, Node.js, and a build system such as Webpack is preferred.
