Senior Frontend Engineer, Conversions (f/m/x)

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain personalized landing pages and funnel steps with React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Work across frontend and infrastructure tasks involving Cloudflare Workers, cache rules, and Vercel Edge functions.
- Integrate dynamic CMS content and variations into conversion experiences.
- Implement and validate A/B tests with clean tracking and test integrity.
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, latency, caching, and personalization performance across mobile and desktop.
- Implement and monitor frontend performance and error tracing with tools such as Sentry and Honeycomb.
- Own features end to end from design through rollout, monitoring, and iteration.
- Collaborate with product, machine learning, and design teams to shape personalized experiences.
- Operate, instrument, monitor, and improve systems in production.
Requirements
- Hands-on daily experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot beyond casual experimentation.
- Solid experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development, including debugging frontend and infrastructure logic.
- Hands-on experience with Next.js and edge runtimes such as Vercel Edge or Cloudflare Workers.
- Understanding of caching strategies and their effects on personalization and performance.
- Experience with web performance and frontend monitoring, including Core Web Vitals, Sentry, Honeycomb, or similar tools.
- Experience writing and maintaining unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
- Experience integrating with a CMS such as Contentful or Builder.io.
- Experience with A/B testing frameworks such as Statsig or Optimizely.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms such as GA4 or Snowplow.
- Strong product sense, data-informed decision-making, ownership, and bias toward shipping.
