Responsibilities
- Build and maintain production features across Next.js, Sanity, React, TypeScript, WordPress, PHP, and Twig.
- Extend shared component libraries and design-system foundations with well-tested, reusable code.
- Own Core Web Vitals, accessibility, semantic markup, rendering accuracy, and resilient page performance.
- Integrate APIs and structured content in Sanity while maintaining Twig-templated WordPress components.
- Architect and execute A/B, multivariate, and personalized web experiments for high-converting marketing flows.
- Improve experimentation velocity and statistical integrity by reducing flicker and shortening time from hypothesis to live variant.
- Support SEO, LLM, and AI-search initiatives through structured data, performance, and rendering improvements.
- Use and improve AI coding tools, agents, MCP integrations, prompts, and AI-ready engineering workflows.
- Set technical standards, influence architecture and tooling decisions, mentor front-end developers, and partner with the Engineering Manager on quality.
- Collaborate with developers, designers, marketers, CRO leads, data analysts, and other technical and non-technical partners.
Requirements
- Expert command of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, accessibility, and web performance with several years of production application development experience.
- Hands-on experience architecting and shipping complex A/B, multivariate, and personalized web experiments with measurable conversion outcomes.
- Experience with web experimentation, feature flag, and product analytics platforms such as Kameleoon, Optimizely, VWO, LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, and GA4.
- Mastery of Next.js, React, TypeScript, and modern rendering strategies focused on performance and accessibility.
- Experience working within a design system or maintaining a shared component library.
- Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Sanity or Contentful and hands-on proficiency with WordPress, PHP, and Twig templates.
- Active day-to-day use of AI coding tools and experience forming responsible opinions about their use.
- Ability to set technical standards, mentor others, collaborate effectively, and work through ambiguity.
- Back-end familiarity with APIs, services, or full-stack development is preferred.
- Experience collaborating closely with designers in Figma is preferred.

- Annual base salary range of $121,000 to $163,600, with a stated midpoint of $142,200.
