Responsibilities
- Develop backend software, integrations, and automation capabilities for a next-generation platform.
- Create AI agents and develop and consume APIs.
- Integrate and troubleshoot multiple systems using authentication, messaging, workflow, and enterprise tools.
- Work collaboratively with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Diagnose and resolve complex cross-system technical problems.
Requirements
- More than four years of experience in software development, integrations, or automation.
- Solid experience with Python and/or Node.js.
- Experience creating AI agents and developing or consuming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of JSON, SQL, and relational databases.
- Experience with Git, code reviews, collaborative environments, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT.
- Experience with automated testing.
- Valued experience includes FastAPI, Pydantic, asyncio, Node-RED, n8n, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Graph, Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, BMC Helix, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, and Application Insights.
