Responsibilities
- Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on requirements and user stories.
- Perform manual and automated testing across web-based and cloud-native applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks for UI, API, integration, and regression testing.
- Use AI tools to generate and optimize test cases, test data, automation scripts, and testing workflows.
- Evaluate emerging AI testing technologies and recommend solutions to improve quality, coverage, and efficiency.
- Implement intelligent test selection and risk-based testing strategies to reduce execution time.
- Identify, log, and track defects and collaborate with development teams on resolution.
- Participate in user story reviews, requirements clarification, risk assessment, and quality best-practice improvements.
- Monitor application performance, usability, and stability throughout the development lifecycle.
Requirements
- Experience in software quality assurance, preferably in enterprise software or cloud environments.
- Experience with test automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or TestComplete.
- Experience using Generative AI tools for testing, automation development, or software delivery.
- Experience testing AI-enabled applications, copilots, conversational agents, or LLM-based solutions.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, Agile practices, JIRA, Confluence, Jenkins, Zephyr, defect tracking, and test management tools.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality engineering best practices.
