Responsibilities

Design and develop reusable Power Apps and Flow templates and components.
Design, develop, and operate complex business solutions based on Power Platform.
Define and adjust standards, guidelines, and documentation templates.
Evaluate new Power Platform features and integrate them into existing frameworks and governance models.
Set up governance operations dashboards for steering and reporting.
Monitor platform system health, steer operations, and ensure SLA and support-ticket completion.
Establish dashboards for usage, errors, and licensing.
Support the Power Factory team in shaping business solutions and share knowledge.
Drive innovation through workshops, hackathons, pilot programs, and research and development initiatives.
Participate in community and management meetings.

Experience combining solution design with low-code/no-code development in the Microsoft ecosystem is required by the role description.
Ability to design and operate complex Power Platform business solutions and work within governance models.
Ability to evaluate and integrate new platform features, monitor system health, and manage operational requirements.
