Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps for complex business processes.
- Build, optimize, and support Power Automate cloud and desktop flows for workflow automation.
- Develop and customize Power Pages websites, customer portals, and external-facing applications.
- Configure and administer Microsoft Dataverse, including data models, security roles, business rules, and business process flows.
- Develop C# plugins, Custom APIs, Custom Workflow Activities, and Dataverse SDK solutions.
- Create JavaScript and TypeScript client-side customizations, including form scripting, command bar customizations, validation, and responsive UI enhancements.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with Azure services, REST APIs, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and third-party enterprise systems.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions.
- Implement security, governance, compliance, and role-based access controls.
- Manage solution packaging, deployments, environment strategies, and ALM using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Pipelines.
- Troubleshoot application, integration, performance, and portal issues.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards, security guidelines, and Microsoft best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, architects, and project teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, deployment guides, and knowledge-transfer materials.
- Stay current with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Platform Agents, Azure AI Services, and related Microsoft technologies.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience developing Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including Model-Driven and Canvas Applications.
- Extensive Power Pages development experience, including customization, authentication models, and portal security.
- Proven expertise with Power Automate cloud flows, approval workflows, integrations, and advanced automation.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, performance optimization, and governance.
- Advanced proficiency in C# plugin development, Custom APIs, Custom Workflow Activities, and Dataverse SDK.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, form scripting, command bar customization, and client-side development.
- Experience with REST APIs, JSON, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and service integrations.
- Hands-on experience developing and implementing Microsoft Power BI solutions.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Storage, Graph API, and external enterprise platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Liquid Templates, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks, and responsive web design.
- Understanding of Power Platform licensing, governance, capacity management, and security best practices.
- Strong experience with solution management, managed and unmanaged solutions, and environment strategies.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, source control, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps and Git repositories.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles, integration patterns, and cloud-based solution delivery.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum project environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, documentation, and knowledge-sharing skills.
- Preferred Microsoft certifications include PL-400, PL-200, PL-600, PL-100, and AZ-204.
- Preferred experience includes Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Platform Agents, Azure OpenAI Services, Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, and enterprise integration platforms.
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiatives and secure, scalable, high-performing business applications.
